The Reinforcer®

Cracking and bowing basement and foundation walls are repaired with an attractive solution that replaces the need for invasive measures or unsightly steel beams.

 

The Reinforcer® absorbs the pressure caused by external tension and stops the bowing of your basement foundation walls.

Waterproofing

The foundation is treated with a compound to block water absorption. Options vary according to the foundation material.

Foundation Drains

Simple trench drains, drainage pipes or other more complex options divert water away from the house and its foundation.

French Drain Pipe

A perforated pipe wrapped in Geo-Tech fabric and covered in #57 stone. The french drain pipe uses gravity or a sump-pump to lead moisture away from the house foundation.

Floor Joist Sistering

Damaged wood is sandwiched between or bolted to new pieces of treated wood or Southern Yellow Pine to restore support.

Dehumidifier

Moisture is eliminated to reduce mold, mildew and their odors.

Girder Removal and Replacement

Rotten area is taken out and exchanged with new structural timber.

Adding new concrete, block and wood girders

The existing structure is reinforced with complementary materials.

Poly Vapor Barrier
