What is a ballpark price?
Depending on the right solution for each property, the scope of work required will vary. FSI has the ability to address any work relating to moisture remediation, basement wall strengthening, and foundation stabilization. It is important that we assess each property, and design a solution that is appropriate for that specific property.
We take great care and pride in assuring that every proposal for repairs is appropriate and designed properly for each property.
When can you start the work?
FSI is able to start most jobs within 30 to 60 days from the time of contract is executed, and the deposit is received. A tight and accurate schedule is maintained to assure that all jobs are handled in the order that they are secured. FSI will assess and design the work to be complete, apply for all permits, inventory the materials required, coordinate all utility markings, deploy the equipment on site, and assure the proper personal is on hand, and deploy on site to complete the work in an efficient and effective manner.
How long will it take to complete the work?
Most jobs are complete within three to five days.
Will we need to move out?
No. We complete our work in a manner that causes minimal intrusion and/or inconvenience to our clients. The hope is that you will continue to carry on your everyday activities in your home with minimal disruption to your normal routine.
Who will be overseeing the work?
FSI has two full work crews, at all times. Every crew member is certified and experienced in performing all types of work that we provide. The supervision for both crews is the responsibility of our Superintendent, Tom Haven, and our owner, John Jarrell, who are personally involved in every job.
Do
you write inspection letters?
FSI is prepared to inspect and evaluate your property and provide a full design and proposal for repair. However, simple inspection letters for insurance or sales purposes is not a service we provide.
