All our employees are fully certified, and FSI is a licensed and insured contractor with the Commonwealth of Virginia (license no. 2705071389). We are certified to install Chance Helical Piers® and Reinforcer® wall strengtheners.

FSI carries workman’s compensation and liability insurance. FSI will apply for any necessary building permits and arrange all inspections with the city or county as required. FSI is a drug free company.

FSI experts are knowledgeable about concerns specific to Southeastern Virginia including soil conditions, the high level of humidity and moisture and other weather and environmental factors.

We offer a competitive 10 year warranty on all anchor work performed. This warranty is fully transferable should you ever choose to sell your home.
